Doughty preseason all-state

Granbury Lady Pirate senior guard/forward Tina Doughty has been named a Class 4A Preseason All-State selection by “Texas Basketball” magazine. The four-year varsity player averaged 17.5 points, 7.2 rebounds, 3.3 assists and 2.1 steals last season and made 40 percent of her 3-point shots. She has verbally committed to play for the University of New Mexico next season.
