Restaurant open after improved health inspection
 (Posted 3/13/2010 07:57 pm)
After failing a health inspection Feb. 4, Castillo's Rio Grande Cafe (across from City Beach) was closed that day. The closing was a result of sanitation issues and previously documented issues at the facility, according to health/code enforcement officer Becky Mauldin. The restaurant opened again the next week after re-inspection by the city's health officer and fire inspector. Castillo's received a score of 84 at a follow-up inspection Feb. 24, Mauldin noted. Food service health inspections occur about twice a year in the city of Granbury.
