Operation Resilient Families is a peer-run education and support program for veterans of Operations Enduring and Iraqi Freedom (OEF/OIF) and their families. Sharon Bryce of Granbury said the program offers basic education and skill development around some of the issues most common to post-deployment readjustment experience. Bryce recently attended three days of training in Austin to become a program facilitator. However, a military veteran is also need to serve as a co-facilitator, she explained.
