Harold Branson married Mona Compton on June 23, 1950 in Weatherford and have lived the majority of their married life in Lipan. They have traveled extensively, even to Alaska and have never flown on an airplane. Their business ventures have included roofing, farming, ranching and banking. They have been equal partners through it all. Harold and Mona have three children, five grandchildren and 14 greatgrandchildren. Their entire family resides in Lipan.
