City to move forward with street projects

The Granbury City Council voted this week for Enprotec/Hibbs & Todd, Inc. (EHT) to move forward with Phase 1 of a street improvement project that will involve the intersection of West Rucker Street and North Travis St., Water's Edge Drive between Hwy. 377 and the rear access drive to Walmart, and Old Acton Hwy. from 377 to the city limits. The council appropriated $2 million for the project through a recent bond issue.
