Republicans to hold forum for runoff candidates

Those who are interested in the runoffs for two county commissioner seats and District 60 state representative should mark their calendars for Thursday, June 25. The Republican Party of Hood County will cost a candidates forum at Granbury City Hall, 116 W. Bridge St. The event will begin at 6:30 p.m. with a focus on the Precinct 1 and Precinct 3 Commissioners Court races. Candidates are David Cook and Kevin Andrews for Precinct 1, and Mike Lang and Jack Wilson for Precinct 3. At 8 p.m., state representative candidates Jon Francis and Glenn Rogers will respond to questions.
