Woman charged with child indecency

A 45-year-old female employee of the Granbury youth detention facility was charged with four counts of indecency with a child by sexual contact, according to an arrest affidavit. Debra Ann Blair, a Stephenville resident, worked at the Rite of Passage Correctional Facility on Crossland Road when she allegedly engaged in sexual contact on two separate occasions with one of the inmates, a boy under 17 years old.
