Public school girls regular season basketball ended in Hood County Tuesday, while the boys season is still underway.
The Granbury Lady Pirates celebrated Senior Night with a 45-28 win over Arlington Seguin to finish with a 4-10 record in District 5-5A. The Pirates lost 67-52 and are at 2-10.
The Tolar Rattlers and Lady Rattlers both won at Millsap. The Rattlers are at 7-5 and have clinched at least a share of fourth place in District 7-3A, while the Lady Rattlers will enter the postseason as the fourth seed at 8-6. The Tolar girls will play Nocona at Springtown Monday at 6:30 p.m.
In Huckabay, the Class 1A No. 3 Lipan Lady Indians beat No. 7 Huckabay 54-43 to finish as 12-0 District 19-1A champs.
