At the time Webster issued his weekly report Thursday afternoon, the county had 229 active cases. The number of active cases the previous Thursday stood at 385.

There are eight reported local hospitalizations due to COVID-19, three fewer than the week before.

Two additional COVID 19-positive deaths occurred among county residents over the past week, bringing the total to 201.
