The Granbury ISD board of trustees approved the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) program for the 2023-24 academic year during Monday’s school board meeting. The CEP program will provide every student at Granbury ISD with free breakfast and lunch beginning in the fall.

The Granbury ISD school board unanimously approved the purchase of Capturing Kids’ Hearts professional development program during Monday night’s school board meeting. Capturing Kids’ Hearts is a program that equips professionals in K-12 education to implement transformational processes focused on social-emotional wellbeing, relationship-driven campus culture, and student connectedness.
