Highway reopens after fire

Hill City Highway south of Tolar has reopened after an explosion and fire Wednesday afternoon at gas line storage tanks. Lightning sparked the explosion, according to a worker. "He took off running," Fire Marshal Ray Wilson said. No one was injured.
