Granbury Optimist Club honored several Granbury High School seniors as Young Texans and Tex-Annes at the club breakfast on May 12 at Granbury City Hall.

Ethan Genn - Young Texan

Extracurricular Activities: F1 in Schools

Honors/Awards: National Honor Society

Community Service: Volunteer for day cares, helping clean the airstrip at Granbury Airport

Church Activities: Helped host a church Halloween party for children

Job: Works at Discount Tire and previously at David’s grocery store

College or Future Plans: Attend Texas A&M University

Kylie Pickett - Young Tex-Anne

Parents: Rachael and Collier Albright

Extracurricular Activities: President of Thespian Society, secretary of Foreign Language Club

Community Service: Volunteer for Teen Court, Student United Way, Tip-a-Cop and blood drives
