Wednesday, January 2, 2019

Power has been restored to most customers in Hood County, according to reports. Numerous residences and several businesses lost electricity, mainly due to ice-covered tree limbs falling on power lines, according to Tri-County Electric spokeswoman Gloria Barron. About 600 Tri-County customers in Hood County were affected, and power was restored in two hours or less, she said.
