A 42-year-old Cresson man is facing two felony drug charges after he was arrested during a Dec. 28 traffic stop by Hood County Sheriff’s Office deputies in the Acton area southeast of Granbury, according to Lt. Johnny Rose.

“During the stop Levi Ford was found to be in possession of 9 grams of meth (methamphetamine), 2.5 grams of THC wax, and several hydrocodone pills,” Rose stated in an email press release, noting that the traffic stop was at the intersection of Rhea Road and Carla Court.

Rose added that Ford was booked into the Hood County Jail on a second-degree felony charge of possession of a controlled substance ($30,000 bond), plus a third-degree felony charge of possession of a controlled substance ($20,000 bond) and a Class A misdemeanor charge of possession of a controlled substance ($3,000 bond).
