A 28-year-old Hood County man was arrested early Wednesday morning at a residence in the Canyon Creek subdivision by Sheriff’s Office deputies and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, which ranks as a second-degree felony, Lt. Johnny Rose said in an email.
“Deputies discovered Kevin Michael Kutchka allegedly held his 56-year-old boyfriend at gunpoint while he assaulted him during an argument,” Rose stated. “The victim was not seriously injured during the incident.”
Kutchka was taken into custody at approximately 1 a.m. after the deputies responded to the disturbance call on Creek Drive, Rose noted. He was released from the Hood County Jail after posting bond in the amount of $30,000.
