A 47-year-old Tolar resident was arrested Monday on a third-degree felony methamphetamine charge after Hood County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a trespassing call, according to Lt. Johnny Rose.

The call, which was received at about 7 a.m., led to the deputies arriving at a location on Monticello Drive in Pecan Plantation.

“Deputies discovered Michael Levon Spaziani was in possession of over 4 grams of meth,” Rose stated. “Spaziani was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance (felony 3 – bond $30,000). Spaziani is currently out of jail on bond.”
