GRANBURY - Lora Jean Brown, 87, passed away, Monday, May 5, 2020.
Services were held at Greenwood Memorial Park, Fort Worth.
Jean was born Dec. 5, 1932, in Gilliland, Texas. She was a member of Triple Cross Cowboy Church, Thorp Spring, and Hilltop Baptist Church of Granbury. Jean retired from 7-Eleven food stores. Jean with her husband Ed were longtime dedicated volunteers of People Helping People in Granbury and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
She was preceded in death by her husband Ed Brown; daughter, Betty Brown; two sisters; one brother; and one grandson.
Survivors: Son, Eddie Brown; daughter, Debbie Taylor and husband, David; four grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson; and sisters, Rosealee Ruby and Judy Clendennen.
