Peggy Eller, 67, passed away June 10, 2019. Service: 3:00 PM, Friday, June 14, 2019, Wiley Funeral Home Chapel, Visitation: 2:00 PM until service time. Peggy Lee Eller was born on June 15, 1951 in Warren, Ohio to Charles Monroe Pepper and Mary Lou Pepper. She was a very loving and loyal wife. She was not only the best mother a person could have but she was also the best friend anyone could have. She enjoyed decorating and spending time with her family. Peggy's Grandchildren were her world. She enjoyed drinking coffee in the morning on her deck while she watched the lake.
She is survived by her husband: Walter Eller; Daughter: Maredith Armontrout and husband Stephen; Krista McClain and husband Patrick; Grandchildren: Madeleine, Madyson, and Dale; Brother: Sonny Pepper and wife Gloria; sister: Joanna Pepper and husband Ellis Lee. She was preceded in death by her parents; Sister: Janet Pepper; previous spouse: Clyde Dale Jenkins
