Richard R. Swick, formerly of Granbury, TX, passed away on the morning of Feb. 14, 2020 in Glen Rose, TX. Memorial service: 3:00 PM, Saturday, February 22, 2020, Wiley Funeral Home Chapel, Granbury.
He was born in Johnstown, PA on June 3, 1934 to George and Rebecca (Bouch) Swick. He served in The US Army and US Air Force retiring from the latter in 1977. After the service he worked as a diesel mechanic and later taught at San Jacinto Community College in Houston. His hobbies included playing guitar and later woodworking where he built guitars and fiddles.
He is survived by six children: Richard, Robert, Joyce, Andrew, Susan and Ben.
He was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers Paul, George and Walter.
