The course is also the site of the Class 5A state championship tournament.

Gabbi Bentancourt of Centennial won the individual title with back to back rounds of 75 for a total of 150.
“With 4 of our of regional counterparts finishing well above us (Aledo, Amarillo, Grapevine and Abilene Wylie), we have a lot of work ahead of us in order to make a run for one of the top three spots advancing from regionals to state,” Granbury coach Becky Addison said. “I am confident our best golf is yet to come, but we are going to have to put in the time to realize our full potential.”
The Granbury varsity will close out its fall season this weekend at the Jay Brewer Memorial Lady Tiger Classic in Texarkana. Addison said the course will be a tough test.
