The Granbury Lady Pirate soccer team held its Senior Night celebrations Tuesday and came away with a 3-0 win over Arlington Seguin at home.
Granbury has 13 seniors on the roster, and many have been key contributors to the varsity since their freshman or sophomore years.
Seniors led the effort Tuesday as well. The Lady Pirates scored two goals in the first half and tacked on another in the second.
Senior Reagan Brown had a goal and an assist. Seniors Makayla Doucett and Samantha Davis scored the other goals, while seniors Emrey Carey and Miriam Espinoza had the other assists.
Granbury sat at 8-2-2 in District 5-5A play after the win. The Lady Pirates were in third place in the district, one game behind Burleson and two behind Burleson Centennial.
Granbury played at Everman Friday, and will host Burleson in the regular season finale on Tuesday at 8 p.m.
