By virtue of Lingleville’s loss Friday and Lipan’s win over Gorman Monday, freshman guard Tate Branson and the Lipan Indians are once again the District 19-1A champions. Lipan went 11-1 in district play and will be the top seed in the UIL Class 1A boys playoffs, which begin next week.
