The first Granbury JazzFest, initially set for Saturday, Feb. 26, has been rescheduled to the following Saturday, March 5.
Temperatures are predicted to be in the mid-70s that day.
The free event will feature 14 regional and national jazz acts.
It will be held from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. across three stages: Granbury Square Plaza, Langdon Center, and Hewlett Park.
Acts will include Tatiana Mayfield and Brasuka, a six-member band that performs Brazilian music with reggae, classical, jazz improvisation, folk-style melodies, Uruguayan candombe and pop.
The Granbury High School Jazz Band and the Temple Highlighters from Temple High School will also perform.
Although there is no cost to enjoy the music, attendees are asked to bring non-perishable food donations to support One More Food Pantry, a service ministry that supplies non-perishable food to neighborhood food pantries in the Granbury area.
