assaults two jailers
A Hood County inmate is in trouble again for allegedly assaulting sheriff’s office personnel. Nathaniel Ray Sanders, 32, assaulted two jailers last Saturday during a cell transfer, authorities said. “One jailer received a black eye, and the other one was not seriously injured during the incident,” sheriff’s office Public Information Officer Lt. Johnny Rose said. Sanders was charged with two counts of assault of a public servant. In December Sanders was charged with assaulting a deputy during an arrest.
Sanders was in jail at press time.
