Edmond Joseph Churchman, of Granbury Texas, passed from this life on August 28th at the age of

57.

A talented home designer with hundreds of custom homes to his credit, Ed was the owner of Paragon Residential Designs in Granbury, and designed homes in Texas, Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, and Wyoming to name a few. Ed was graduate of the Sunset High School class of 1980 in Dallas, Texas, and studied architecture at the University of Texas - Tyler where he was a member of the Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity.

Ed was an avid sportsman, and once fished on the professional bass fishing circuit, the B.A.S.S. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and shooting, and has an outstanding collection of antique firearms and fishing equipment.

Ed is survived by his wife, Kimberly Clanton Churchman of Granbury; a daughter, Haleigh Lanae Churchman of Oklahoma City; his mother, Mary Churchman of Granbury; brother and brother-in-law, Shawn Churchman and Tom Spector of Oklahoma City; stepson Brandon Moore of Victoria Texas, and step-grandchild, Jameson Moore. He was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Michael Churchman, and his grandfathers, long-time Dallas residents Joseph Benjamin Churchman and Edmond Briscoe Hearn.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, September 14th at 2pm at the StoneWater Church 911 E Hwy 377 Suite 4, Granbury, Texas 76048. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation, Alamosa Chapter. https://www.rmef.org
