Lou Ann Blessing reunited with her heavenly family and friends on June 2nd in Granbury, Texas after a brief illness. She is survived by her husband of 71 years, Roland H. (Pete) Blessing, daughters Kay Allen (John Allen, husband) and Karie Blessing, two grandchildren Russell Allen and Lisa Allen (Scott Caro, fiancée) and two great-grandsons, Clayton Allen Stembridge and Scott Caro III. She is preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Maebelle Fowler and only brother Robert Fowler.
Lou graduated from North Side High in Fort Worth where she was an honor student and cheerleader for three years. Lou loved playing golf, her family and Joe Snyder's Sunday school class at Acton Baptist Church.
The memorial service will be Sunday, June 9th at 2:00 pm at Wiley Funeral Home in Granbury.
