This year marked 70 years for the Hood County Junior Livestock Show and Sale. Events ran from Tuesday, Jan. 7 through Saturday, Jan. 11. As is often the case for the Hood County Junior Livestock Show, the week was cold and wet, but that didn’t stop the excitement emanating from the Reunion grounds as young contenders both from Granbury, Lipan and Tolar FFA groups and Hood County area 4-H groups gathered to show their animals, their skills and their wares.
