Huge crowds headed to the Granbury Founder's Day Celebration for a weekend of food, fun, and celebrations! From bean tastings to ribs and brisket, some of the area's best cookers were drawn to Granbury to compete in the annual Bean & BBQ Cook-off. Folks attending Founder’s Day festivities may have found themselves rubbing elbows with royalty as the 2023 Bean Queen Tammy Dooley and Rib King Mike Dooley made their rounds. B Ray & the Humans Band were on hand on Bridge St. with their lively repertoire of country, Christian, blues, Rock, and R&B classics for Saturday’s free Street Dance.
