Hood County joins effort to regulate ‘forever chemicals’ in fertilizers

During a Hood County Commissioners Court meeting Nov. 26, the court unanimously passed a resolution requesting a regulation of a chemical called a per-and polyfluoroalkyl substance (PFAS) — commonly referred to as a “forever chemical.”
