The Hood County Sheriff’s Office is looking for Stephen James Savins, 31, who has a felony warrant for DWI with child under 15.
Savins’ address is listed in the 1900 block of Wandering Way Trail in DeSoto.
He following description:
White male, 6 feet, 220 pounds, brown eyes, brown hair.
