Joyce L. Bianucci was born Nov. 26, 1944, and passed to heaven Aug. 28, 2026.
“For surely I know the plans I have for you, says the Lord, plans for your welfare and not for harm, to give you a future with hope.” Jeremiah 29:11
Joyce loved the plan that the Lord had for her life. Born in Chicago to loving parents, Paul and Sue Stepanovic, the family moved to Berwyn, Illinois, where she met the very cute Danny Bianucci in the fifth grade. They married in 1964 and had two wonderful sons, Michael and Brad. The plan continued eventually to Granbury, Texas, where they enjoyed a life filled with good friends and good memories. She was a faithful member of Aledo United Methodist Church.
She has won her battle against cancer and gets the reward of heaven. Her family meant everything to her. She is survived by her loving husband of 62 years, Dan Bianucci, sons Michael (Judy) and Brad (Tammy); sisters Susan and Judy (Bob); and sister-in-law Betty. And oh, those fabulous grandchildren: Abby, Rebecca (Joseph), Zach (Maddie), Jodie, Amy, and Ryan. Plus three bonus granddaughters: Sophia, Gabriella and Julianna. She loved them all dearly.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Aledo United Methodist church or charity of your choice in her name.
Celebration of life to be held Friday, Sept. 18, 2026, at 11 a.m. Aledo United Methodist Church, 100 Pecan St, Aledo Texas 76088.
