All nine of the county’s Vote Centers will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, March 1, for the primary election.
The Republican ballot includes nine local races, including competition for party chair. There are also 10 propositions.
There are no propositions on the Democratic ballot.
Although two Democratic candidates are seeking local office, they do not have competition within their party.
County clerk candidate Harold Granek and Precinct 4 commissioner candidate Grant Wood will face off with the winners of the Republican primary in the November General Election.
Here are the local races on the GOP ballot, with candidates listed in ballot order:
District Clerk Tonna Trumble Hitt and County Treasurer Leigh Ann McCoy are unopposed for new terms.
