Tracy’s handlebar mustache makes him easily recognizable in Hood County, a great conversation starter that eventually leads to discussions about the rescue. Miller, with his wife, Vicki, are owners of T.E.X.A.S Rescue Inc., a nonprofit organization established to rescue, rehab, and rehome donkeys, horses, and mules. The acronym in T.E.X.A.S stands for Texas Equine Xperience and Sanctuary.
