Randall Duayne Cox 1941 – 2026

Randall Duayne Cox, 84, beloved husband and brother, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 7, 2026, at Harbor Lakes Nursing Home in Granbury.

Family received visitors at Wiley Funeral Home, 400 Highway 377 East, in Granbury, Sunday, Jan. 11, from 3-5 p.m. Graveside committal service: 11 a.m. Monday, Jan. 12, 2026, at Little Elm Cemetery in Little Elm, Texas.

Randall is survived by his brother, Jay, and wife, Connie Cox.

In addition to his parents, Frank and Doris Cox, Randall was preceded in death by his wife, Delores, in 2019 and by his brother, William Clarence Cox, in 2013.

Randall was a graduate of Texas Tech University. He proudly served his country in the U. S. Army. On June 2, 1977, Randall married Delores Jean Carroll. Randall worked as an auditor for Campbell Taggert in Dallas. He started his career in Dallas and was later transferred to St. Louis, Missouri. Upon his retirement, he returned to Texas. Randall enjoyed traveling with his wife in their RV. He was an active member of Lakeside Baptist Church in Granbury. Most of all, he will be remembered for his devotion to his wife, Delores, for 42 years.
