Three arrested, charged in aggravated robbery

Two residents of Joshua and one from Burleson were arrested on Dec. 15 and charged with a first-degree felony count of aggravated robbery, according to a news release from the Hood County Sheriff’s Office.

The three men were wanted on a felony warrant issued in connection with an armed robbery that occurred on Nov. 18, 2022, at the Ozone Game Room, which is in the 700 block of East Bluebonnet Drive in Granbury, according to the information provided by Lt. Joshua Lane with the HCSO.

The news release states:

“On December 15, 2022 members of the U.S. Marshal’s Fugitive Team arrested James Lavon Stephens (26) of Burleson, Texas, Austin Lee Stephens (24) of Joshua, Texas and Patrick Lynn Parks (43) of Joshua, Texas after Hood County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Division had warrants issued for their arrests in connection with the Aggravated Robbery that occurred at the Ozone Game Room, located in the 700 block of E. Bluebonnet Dr Granbury, Hood County, Texas, on November 18, 2022.”

Lane also noted that each of the three suspects “are currently confined in the Hood County Jail and each have a $75,000.00 bond.”
